Catholic United Financial Raffle Kick-off
Tomorrow marks the kick-off for the annual Catholic United Financial Schools Raffle. We will be sending home tickets for each family to sell with communication regarding the sale itself. If possible, given the forecast, these may go home today. If this is the case, please wait until tomorrow to actually begin selling tickets. Thank you!
If you are interested in selling tickets before or after weekend Masses, please get in touch with me so I can ask Fr. Jeff or Fr. Brian to announce it.

Catholic Schools Week
You should have received all the details for CSW last week. Please watch the dates and return all forms as needed. I am still in desperate need of volunteers to help with the Masses on Sunday. I know a lot of families prefer to attend Mass in their own churches, but I am hoping that for this one weekend we could have ALL the school families come to St. Philip’s. It makes a great statement to the parish about our school if we’ve got strong representation from our school families.
Thanks to all who have volunteered to help with the events. Please continue to email me if you’d like to sign up to help during CSW with field trips and other events.
CSW Breakfast Unfortunately there is now a funeral scheduled for Saturday 1/25 which was when we had planned to set up and do the prep work for the Catholic United Financial Breakfast. We will need to do the set up at 2:30 that afternoon instead.
Staff Workshop
Just a reminder that there is no school on Monday 1/20. Teaching staff will be working on social-emotional learning activities, making updates to our School Strategic Plan, and considering Art curriculum options.
Wellness Team Meeting
We will be meeting after school today until 4:00. If you are still interested in having your child join us for the meeting and serve on this team, please let the office know asap.
Intent to Enroll Forms
Please return your Intent to Enroll forms asap. This information is very helpful for budgeting in the next few weeks.
End of Quarter II
Tomorrow marks the end of the first half of the 2019-2020 school year. We will have our workshop day on Monday and will send home report cards on January 29.
Yearbooks
It is time to place your yearbook order! We will once again offer a full-color, all-school (including preschool) yearbook for parents to purchase for $10. Orders must be made by Feb. 8. Please make checks payable to the School of St. Philip and use the envelope/order form that is being sent home today.
