Submitted by Eddie and Isaac Kramer

Fruit Salsa

Combine 4 c. fresh or frozen fruits (berries, apples, pineapple, etc.).

Add 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar (or use honey). Mix and allow frozen fruits to thaw.

Cinnamon Chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spread flour tortillas on baking sheets. Spray tortillas with Pam or use a pastry brush to brush with melted butter (only on top side).

Sprinkle tortillas with cinnamon and sugar.

Use a pizza cutter to cut tortillas into small chips.

Back 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow to cool and then enjoy with fruit salsa.
