Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Fruit Salsa
Combine 4 c. fresh or frozen fruits (berries, apples, pineapple, etc.).
Add 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar (or use honey). Mix and allow frozen fruits to thaw.
Cinnamon Chips
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spread flour tortillas on baking sheets. Spray tortillas with Pam or use a pastry brush to brush with melted butter (only on top side).
Sprinkle tortillas with cinnamon and sugar.
Use a pizza cutter to cut tortillas into small chips.
Back 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow to cool and then enjoy with fruit salsa.
*The cinnamon chips also go great with apple sauce.
Kalle's Granola
Banana Split
1 banana
Vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp granola
Slices strawberries
Raspberries
Slice the banana in half. Top with a couple spoonfuls of vanilla yogurt. Top with berries of your choice. Top with granola.

Guacamole 3 ripe avocados 1/4 cup diced red onion 1-2 Roma tomatoes (chopped finely) 1 T diced cilantro Lime juice 1 jalapeño diced (optional) salt & pepper to taste Smash avocados. Mix in onion, tomatoes, cilantro and jalapeño. Squeeze in a little lime juice and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve fresh.
