HAPPY NEW YEAR!

As the new year began, I found the following, reflected upon it and hope it might mean something to you.

"As the dawn breaks on a new year, let us give thanks for all we hold dear: our health, our family and our friends. Let us release our grudges, our anger and our pains, for these are nothing but binding chains. Let us live each day in the most loving ways, the God-conscious way. Let us serve all who are in need, regardless of race, color or creed. Let us remember that we are all one, embracing all, discriminating against none. May your year be filled with peace, prosperity and love. May God's blessings shower upon you and bestow upon each of you a bright, healthy and peaceful new year."

- Rev. Marcy Sheremetta

JANUARY BIRTHDAYS

There are 3 half birthdays this week and next. They are: Elsie Vetsch (7-4), Jacie Carlson (7-8), and Colton Polzin (7-13). God bless them now and again in July.

IT IS ALMOST RAFFLE TIME

Once again, we are taking part in the Catholic United Financial Raffle. We are excited to be able to participate once again. Every dollar raised goes directly to our school. Tickets will be sent home Friday, January 15th. Be on the look out for them.

There is teacher in-service on Monday, January 11th and so there is no distance learning that day. The next drop off day is Friday, January 15th.
